Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Edncrown. This policy explains when and how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled.

1) Eligibility Window

  • Change of mind/standard returns: Within 7 days of delivery.

  • Damaged/defective/wrong item: Notify within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Late requests may not be accepted.

2) Conditions for Return

  • Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Include original packaging, tags, manuals, freebies, and accessories.

  • Proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, unboxing photos/videos if damaged).

  • Hygiene and personal use items are generally non-returnable unless defective.

3) Non‑Returnable Items

  • Intimate wear, swimwear, cosmetics, personal care items.

  • Perishables or consumables.

  • Customized or made-to-order items.

  • Digital products or gift cards.
    Note: If these items arrive damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours for support.

4) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

  • Contact us within 48 hours with clear photos/videos of:

    • Outer packaging, shipping label, and product

    • Unboxing video (recommended)

    • Visible defect/damage

  • After verification, we’ll offer a replacement or refund as applicable.

5) Return Process

  1. Submit a request via Email/WhatsApp with:

    • Order ID, reason, photos/videos (if applicable)

  2. Return approval & instructions:

    • We’ll confirm eligibility and share return address/pickup details.

  3. Handover/pickup:

    • Keep item securely packed; include all contents.

  4. Quality check:

    • Once received and inspected, we’ll process replacement/refund.

6) Return Shipping Costs

  • Our error (damaged/defective/wrong item): Return shipping covered by Edncrown or prepaid label provided.

  • Buyer’s remorse (size/color change, dislike): Customer pays return shipping.

  • If pickup is unavailable in the pincode, customer may need to self-ship with trackable courier.

7) Refund Method & Timeline

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after we receive and verify the return.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refund via bank transfer/UPI after verification.

  • Shipping fees, COD charges, and convenience fees are non-refundable unless due to our error.

8) Exchange/Replacement

  • Subject to stock availability.

  • If unavailable, we’ll offer a refund per policy.

9) Order Cancellations

  • Before dispatch: Full refund.

  • After dispatch: Please refuse delivery or raise a return request as per this policy.

10) Incorrect Address/Unreachable Customer

  • If the order is returned to origin due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts:

    • Reshipment can be arranged (reshipping charges may apply), or

    • Refund will exclude original shipping charges.

11) Quality & Authenticity

  • We work with verified suppliers and perform checks, but slight color/texture variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings and are not considered defects.

12) Fraudulent or Abusive Returns

  • Edncrown reserves the right to decline returns/refunds for repeated, abusive, or fraudulent claims.
